Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Sphari LLC (“Sphari”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information in connection with our websites (including sphari.info) and services (the “Services”).

• Account & Contact: name, work email, company, role, and the details you submit via forms.
• Operational: logs, telemetry, device/browser metadata, and configuration needed to run and secure the Services.
• Content You Provide: prompts, files, or data you submit for demos or evaluations.
• Partner / Subprocessor Data: data processed by cloud/infra vendors strictly to operate the Services.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data unless explicitly required and governed by a separate agreement (e.g., a BAA for HIPAA). Do not submit PHI, PCI, or other regulated data unless we have a signed addendum authorizing it.

• Provide, secure, and improve the Services; prevent abuse and fraud.
• Respond to inquiries, provide proposals, and deliver customer support.
• Perform analytics and benchmarking in aggregated/de-identified form.
• Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect rights and safety.

We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and (where applicable) consent.

We share data with subprocessors (cloud hosting, email, security) under confidentiality and data-protection terms; with professional advisors; and if required by law. We do not sell personal information.

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

We use technical and organizational measures (network isolation, least privilege, monitoring, encryption in transit, and secure development practices). No method is 100% secure.

Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. California residents may also opt-out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not). Make a request at MV@sphari.info.

We may transfer data internationally with appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs). Sovereign/VPC deployments can keep data region-bound by contract.

The Services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this Policy. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date.
